- Measured against your goal
Seven formats to choose from
Pick how your message shows up on the page. Every format is built in the same editor, with the same targeting.
Popup
A box in the middle of the page, with the page dimmed behind it. For offers and sign-ups that deserve full attention.
Fullscreen
Takes over the whole screen. For launches, big sales and welcome messages.
Panel
A bar along the top or bottom of the page. For news, shipping info and offers that stay out of the way.
Callout
A small card in a corner. For gentle nudges that don’t interrupt browsing.
Edges
A slim tab on the edge of the screen. For offers people can open when they’re ready.
Embedded
Sits inside your page like any other content. For forms, quizzes and banners in the flow.
Sticky
Floats on the page and points at something, like a product tour step. For nudges such as “Log in to claim your points”.
Capture and convert
Choose what the experience should do, then show it in any format.
Forms and sign-ups
Grow your email and SMS lists with a sign-up that gives something back, like a unique coupon code.
Lead generationSurveys and NPS
Ask one question at the right moment and learn why people buy, or why they don’t.
Customer feedbackVideo
Play a product video or a welcome message, then follow up with an offer.
Games
Scratch cards, memory games and mystery offers turn a sign-up into something people want to do.
GamificationSpin to win
A prize wheel that turns a visitor about to leave into a subscriber, with a unique code for every winner.

On your website and in your app
Run the same campaign on your website and in your app, web or native. Build it once, target it once and see the results for both side by side.
On your website
Add one script and show campaigns on any page, in any of the seven formats.
In your app
On your mobile site, a smart banner sends people to your app. Inside the app, show the same campaigns as on the web.
In your brand
Save your fonts, colours and buttons as a brand style, and every new experience starts on brand.
Drag-and-drop editor
Build without code, with as many steps as you need for sign-ups, surveys and offers.
100+ templates to start with
Begin from a ready-made template or a blank canvas, then make it yours.
Show it to the right people, at the right moment
Choose who sees a campaign and when it appears. Mix CRM segments, behaviour and triggers, and set how often and on which dates it runs.
See audiencesTriggers
Show a campaign on exit intent, after a number of pageviews, on scroll, after a set time or when you call it.
Targeting
Decide who sees it, from CRM segments and lists to visit history, purchases, location and device.
Scheduling
Set start and end dates, weekdays and hours, so a campaign only runs when it should.
Repetition triggers
Decide how often someone sees it: once, once per visit, or again after a set time.
Audience targeting
Show it to CRM segments, returning visitors, mobile shoppers or any audience you build.
Measured on your goal, tested to win
Every experience reports what it earns, so you know which ones to keep. A/B tests let your goal decide which version stays.
See analyticsExperience analytics
See views, conversions, revenue and assisted sales for every experience, measured against the goal you set.
A/B testing
Put two versions in front of the same audience and let your goal decide which one stays, with the results next to revenue.
Go further with every campaign
Translate a campaign into every language you sell in, run several versions of it for different audiences, and add your own code when a campaign needs to do something special.
How it works
From one script to a live campaign in three steps.
Install the code
Add one script to your site. You only do this once.
Create the experience
Start from a template or build your own in the editor.
Publish
Choose the audience and the trigger, then go live.
Connected to your CRM
Campaigns send what they collect to the tools you already use, and use what those tools know to decide who sees what.
Sign-ups to your CRM
New contacts and form answers go straight to your CRM or email platform.
Segments as audiences
Use segments from your CRM to decide who sees a campaign.
Unique coupon codes
Upload a coupon set and give every visitor their own one-time code.
Automations
Update profile fields automatically when someone takes part in a campaign.

Experiences FAQ
What kinds of experiences can I build?
Do experiences work in our app?
Yes. Triggerbee works in web apps and native apps. Smart banners and app links send people into your app when they have it, and to the app store when they don’t. Results for site and app sit in the same dashboard.
How do I decide who sees a campaign?
Pick an audience, such as a CRM segment or visitors who behave a certain way, then a trigger like exit intent or scroll depth. You can also choose how often it shows and on which dates.
See audiencesHow do coupon codes work?
Upload a coupon set as a CSV and Triggerbee hands out one unique code per visitor. Redemptions are tied back to the experience that gave the code.
Can sign-ups go to our CRM?
Yes. New contacts and form answers can go to your CRM or email platform, for example Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Voyado or Rule.
See all integrationsDo I need a developer?
No. You build, target and launch experiences from the Triggerbee editor. Developers can add a little JavaScript to send events to other tools or set a first-party cookie.
